IN STORE DROP OFF - Please drop your racket into store at least 15 minutes before your booked time slot & we will restring your racket by 5pm on the same day. If your racket is ready before 5pm, we will text you.

LOCAL COLLECTION/DELIVERY - For an additional £8.00 to be paid when booking your restring, you can book a time and we will collect your racket from your given address (qualifying postcodes: BA1, BA2, BA11 1, BA11 2, BA11 6, BA14 0, BA14 7, BA14 8, BA14 9, BA15, BS30 5, BS30 6, BS31 3, SN13 0, SN13 8, SN13 9, SN14 8). WE WILL COLLECT YOUR RACKET ANY TIME BETWEEN 10AM & 3PM - please leave suitable instructions in the 'Collection notes' box if you won't be in. THE BOOKED TIME SLOT IS NOT THE COLLECTION TIME. Our delivery / collection days are Monday & Thursday, so if we collect your racket on a Monday, we will deliver it back on Thursday & vice versa. We will call for payment of the restring before delivering.
